Firstly, steel pipes are made from steel sheet coils. We have several kinds of raw materials such as low carbon steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, high strenght steel sheets, black steel sheets, etc.

Then comes to our pipe production line:
1) Uncoiler: It is used to load the steel coil, we have mechanial type, pneumatic type and also hydraulic type.
2) Strip shearing and butt welding machine: It can connect the end of working side coil and the head of next coil.
3) Accumulator: We have vertical cage type and horizontal spiral loop type. Normally we suggest taking vertial one if the thickness is below 3mm, and if more than 3mm, we recommend you horizontal one.
4) Forming and sizing machine: It is the main part of the whole production line. We take cold roll forming method to make steel sheet roll form into round pipe, and weld the two edges of the sheet togehter, then go through sizing part to get required sizes and shapes.
5) Cutting saw: We offer hot friction cutting and cold cutting saw. The difference is the cutting length error and also the cutting ends.
6) Pipe run-out /unloading table: It is the platform to receive the pipes cut off buy cuitting saw, after unloading, workers can check the quality of pipes and also make package.
7) High frequency welder: It is the most advanced solid state type, taking the skin effect of high frequency current to make steel sheet edges welded tightly.
8) Rollers/ roll toolings: Different sizes and shapes of pipes will need different roller designing, the masterial of rollers is Cr12 or Cr12MoV.
