If you have two sizes but the raw material width is same, you only need to buy/ change the sizing and straightening part. For an example: 40x40mm square the width is 160mm, if you want to make 30x50mm, the width is also 160mm, then 40x40mm and 30x50mm can share the forming and welding parts, you only need to change the sizing and straightening parts, which will be 30PCS of rollers. Also if making the round pipe is OD 50.8mm, means the width is also 160mm, you also only need to change sizing sizing and straightening parts.

A: The only difference is the roller changing, for other process is all the same. And also for the thickness part, normally this machine can make the round tube of thickness 3.0mm, if making square or rectangular tubes, the Max thickness should be 2.0mm, means 1.0mm less than round tube because for change tubes from round to square shape need more strength.
