Do not let the lubricating oil exceed the service life of the oil, and the oil should be replaced in time Otherwise, the quality of oil will decline and the lubricity will become worse, which will easily lead to high temperature At the same time, because the ignition point of the oil will drop, it is easy to cause the oil to burn out naturally, and the cold rolling mill will also burn out.

2. The time required for lubricating oil replacement of cold rolling mill shall be determined according to the actual situation. Generally speaking, the lubricating oil must be replaced within a cumulative operating time of 2000 hours, but this also depends on the customer's use and frequency. Sometimes, although the total operation time is less than 2000 hours, the time of not changing the engine oil has reached half a year, and the lubricating oil must also be changed. Otherwise, the quality of lubricating oil will decline, which will easily lead to high temperature trip failure.

3. After two years of use, it is best to "clean the system" with lubricating oil. In other words, replace the lubricating oil immediately after the new lubricating oil is replaced and the cold rolling mill runs for 6 - 8 hours, so that various organic components remaining in the original system can be cleaned, and the replaced lubricating oil can have a better service life.

4. The lubricating oil used for the cold rolling mill is the special oil for the cold rolling mill provided by the lubricating oil manufacturer Lubricating oil has three functions: cooling compressed air, sealing rotor meshing clearance, lubricating bearings, shaft seals and gears. Contact between air and oil will cause some compressed air to dissolve in the oil Once the pressure drops, the compressed air dissolved in the oil will expand rapidly and produce a large number of bubbles, which will seriously affect the performance of the oil. Therefore, the lubricating oil needs to have the characteristics of fast removal of foam and minimum air solubility.
