Introduction
GI Ms Pipe Manufacturing Machine Mill is a special equipment for producing galvanized alloy pipes. It has a fully automated production process and can perform various processing operations such as stamping, machining, bending, and forming. It consists of many different kinds of machines. For example, the Uncoiler System releases coiled sheet material from rolls and straightens it in preparation for forming. The Shearing and Welding System is used to shear and weld raw steel plates to make them into tubes. The forming equipment then forms the material into a circular tube by means of a spiral punch and determines its size and thickness. Then the Welding System forms the round pipe into a seamless steel pipe through high-frequency welding. The Cooling System is used to cool the weld to avoid damage to the steel pipe due to excessive heat. Finally, customers can cut and pack the tube according to the length they need.

In addition, the gearbox and refined motor ensure the precision and stability of each production step, so the uniformity of the steel pipe is extremely high.
